2023 SUMMER TRANSFER WINDOW WEEKLY UPDATE: 07.25

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Welcome back to another 2023 summer transfer window weekly update!

This week, we will be looking at all of the completed transfers that happened between July 18 and July 24. If you want to look at other completed transfers that have happened, check out last week’s update.

Without further ado, let’s get into this week’s weekly update.

Premier League Transfers

It was a busy week for transfers to the Premier League. André Onana’s move to Manchester United definitely caught the eye the most, but there were plenty of other players moving to England this week that you should not forget about.

La Liga Transfers

Oriol Romeu’s career has come full circle after he returned to Barcelona last week. Héctor Bellerín and Marc Bartra are two other former Barcelona players who have also made La Liga transfer moves this week.

Bundesliga Transfers

Kim Min-jae’s move to Bayern highlights this week’s list from the Bundesliga, but there are definitely some other transfers you should be keeping your eye on. Xavi Simon’s loan move to RB Leipzig and Marcel Sabitzer’s move to Dortmund are two you should also be aware of.

Serie A Transfers

Between moves from Juan Cuadrado, Tijjani Reijnders, Arthur Melo and Noah Okafor, there were plenty of juicy Serie A transfers this week.

Ligue 1 Transfers

It was a week of second chances in Ligue 1. Benjamin Mendy is getting a second chance with Lorient while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Samuel Umtiti will try to resurrect their careers after moving to Ligue 1. It is going to be interesting to see how these two do in France.

Saudi Arabia Transfers

While there was only one confirmed major transfer out of Saudi Arabia last week, you should definitely keep your eyes on this list in the coming weeks. The Saudi Pro League is making moves, and plenty of quality players will be added to this list soon. Other Transfers

Welcome to the MLS, Jordi Alba. Inter Miami has now brought in three former Barca players this transfer window. Can these three help turn things around in South Florida? Only time will tell. Inter Miami also signed Diego Gómez from Paraguayan side Libertad.

Elsewhere, Wilfried Zaha made a move to Turkish side Galatasaray from Crystal Palace. This has been a great transfer window from Galatasaray so far, and if players keep moving to Turkey, the Turkish Super League could be on the rise once again.
