Ethan Garbers 2025 NFL Draft Profile

We’re grinding our way through these quarterbacks heading into the 2025 NFL Draft. We’re still very much on the undrafted level guys but this one I sort of feel more bad for. I’ll explain why in a bit. Anywho… here is your 2025 NFL Draft profile on UCLA quarterback Ethan Garbers.

Speaking of feeling bad for Garbers, I do in the sense that he go terrible coaching this past year. Eric Bieniemy is a trash coach who got canned by UCLA after one year. It was also year one of the Deshaun Foster experience, which was never going to go well even if Foster proves to develop into their guy down the line.

Just four years of college ball for Garbers. All of them staying at UCLA. The first two years there is minimal production after mostly being a backup. Eight starts last year posting a 11-3 TD to INT ratio at 67.1%. Then dummy Bieniemy takes over and he predictably tanks down to 64.7% and 16-11 TD to INT ratio. Oh, and he took 32 sacks in 11 games compared to 12 the season prior.

If you’re reading this, let’s just make sure to remind everyone that Mina Kimes is a scumbag. Feel free to tag her to remind her of that.

He’s not small either. 6-foot-3 and can kinda move around a little. If we’re being honest, he had a better showing than several at the East-West game. Not so much during the game itself but he at least has functional quarterback qualities.

No Combine invite for Garbers, which again, says a lot given the desperation at the position. I’ve said this on other profiles but to me it’s a pretty big slap in the face when Matt Corral is taking snaps and guys like this weren’t even invited. Garbers is undrafted but could be a guy you see this preseason.
