Late Monday night, the Bucks made a splash to improve their roster. Milwaukee has traded for Pelicans point guard Jrue Holiday. The 2020 NBA offseason is off to a big start!

Milwaukee sent the farm, lake, river, boat, and recipe to the Krabby Patty to Holiday. Pelicans general manager David Griffin was able to secure an Anthony Davis type of deal for Jrue Holiday. Three first round picks are one thing. Pick swaps are another. As of right now, there have been no announcements on the swaps or if the picks are protected.
Holiday becomes the third point guard to be on the move. Dennis Schroder was traded to the Lakers. Chris Paul was sent to Phoenix. It’s likely Milwaukee were players in both of those deals.
