Week 1 of the 2021 NFL season is (almost) in the books and there look to be plenty of winners on SimBull after just one game. Now, I know this is a long season and things are just getting going, but I was surprised by some teams so it is time to re-evaluate the SimBull market.
I thought the Steelers were going to be a fraud team in 2021. They got off to an undefeated start in 2020, but fell off in the second half of the year. I thought this year was going to be a continuation of last year but I was wrong. They went to Buffalo and beat the Bills as a road underdog.
Some franchises are historically more successful than others in the NFL, and the Steelers are part of that small group. Even if this team struggles this year, they can still win 9 or 10 games and earn some dividends, and you might just want to hold their simshares year to year.
Jamies Winston looked like an elite NFL quarterback in week one and that is great for Saints investors. With all the uncertainty this off-season with Drew Brees retiring and signing Taysom Hill to a big contract extension, nobody knew what Sean Payton was going to do.
He made Winston look like a pro-bowl quarterback, and the Saints smacked an NFC contender in the Packers and making me look like an idiot in my SimBull Six Picks.
