Rhamondre Stevenson: Madden 24 Rating Completely Disrespectful
Rhamondre Stevenson is one of the best running backs in football. If you haven’t figured that out by now, you’re not watching closely enough. A year ago, I told you I wanted all of the fantasy stock for Stevenson possible. The Patriots running back ended up cashing in on 1,040 rushing yards and five touchdowns. Good enough for RB14 on the season in fantasy. That was while rushing for five yards per carrying and having incredible underlying broken tackle metrics. Again, that was while playing for a broken offense that had Matt Patricia calling plays.
A year later, Damien Harris is gone and Stevenson is on the precipitous of being the guy for this Patriots offense. Apparently, Madden has not taken notice yet. The ratings for Madden 24 have started to trickle in and Stevenson’s rating is by far the most disrespectful one I’ve found yet.
Stevenson is ranked as an 80 overall. 28 running backs are rated as higher or the same overall. James Robinson who averaged 2.9 yards per carry with the Jets last year is rated as a 75 as his backup. Devin Singletary has the same overall. Ezekiel Elliott is a free agent and is three overall higher. Just not okay…

Frick it, Rhamondre Stevenson juking a man to death and then plowing through 4 more for a first down on 3rd and 16. pic.twitter.com/TiCjhmcevJ

This guy did things like this all year last year ^.
Fix your game Madden. Put some respect on Rhamondre Stevenson. He’s criminally underrated and that 80 overall rating will look like a total sham four weeks into the 2023 NFL Season. I promise you that.
