John Harbaugh Says Lamar Jackson Must “Tighten Up Game”

I hate this team. I hate this Ravens team with every fiber of my soul. Here we go again; another subtle comment from John Harbaugh talking about how he knows Lamar Jackson is flawed but ties a positive spin on it. Just enough to make me vomit.

Harbaugh wants Jackson to “tighten up his game”:

“He still has a lot to learn, but the great thing about Lamar is he recognizes that,” Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Friday. “He understands that people are making him the focus. He has got to find a way to tighten up his game and beat those things with precision and accuracy and his mind. They’re doing everything they can with a lot of smart and talented people to stop Lamar Jackson the week that they play him.”

I’ll drop the most recent episodes of That’s Some Cheese and The Lead Word cause there’s not much else to say. Jackson’s numbers are way down, and defenses are starting to figure him out. He also ranks 27th in passing yards and 30th in completion percentage. Albeit on a well-coached and well-built team.

The ticking time bomb is in full effect. The Ravens have become the Lincoln Riley Oklahoma Sooner. Yippee for beating up on the Cleveland Browns. When that playoff thing rolls around, Baltimore will just get smacked in the first round again.

Aren’t these comments by Harbaugh insane? Doesn’t he know the truth at the point? He’s squeezed virtually every drop of juice out of that lemon. There’s nothing else in there. He’s not accurate. NEVER WAS. Greg Roman doesn’t have an infinite amount of plays. The bomb is slowly starting to fall apart.

When will the pain be over? Can I have Joe Flacco back? I’m not asking for much here. Just something more than an unsustainable quarterback that doesn’t want to make me bet against my team every week. That’s all I’m asking for.
