Barstool Sports hires Sydnie Wells to replace Young Pageviews (YP) and take over the Barstool Outdoors brand.
Barstool Outdoors is a brand that was grown by YP over the last few years. However, YP’s recent departure from the company has left an opening for a brand that has succeeded under the media companies’ umbrella.
Syndie Wells is a former multi-sport college athlete where she played softball and basketball at Illinois Wesleyan University. She was a first-team basketball and softball player there and is now making the transition to the media world. She came on The Yak to tell about her future there.

She came onto The Yak with Big Cat and immediately fit right in with the crew. She held her own with different personalities. She had been doing content on her own channels, and then when the opening came apparent with YP’s lack of promotion for their merchandise, she swooped in and started emailing the powers that be at Barstool to try and land the gig.
