I would like to apologize to everyone for being late with the NFL week 9 betting lines and predictions piece. It’s been a crazy week for the country, and just a crazy week for me personally. Nevertheless, I’m here to help you kids get rich. I’m riding solo style from here on out, so let’s just hop right in.

Results Through Week 8

66-50

Picks

Miami @ Arizona

ARI -5.5

Tua didn’t have the greatest of starts, but that was to be expected. I originally thought this week would be his first if Miami played him at all this year. Arizona is the hotter team, so I will roll with the hot hand.

Denver @ Atlanta

DEN +4

I don’t trust Atlanta, and Denver hasn’t been playing that bad as of recent. Drew Lock is looking better, there is just a lot more about that team that needs fixing. Even if Denver doesn’t win, they cover.

Seattle @ Buffalo

SEA -3

Probably the game of the week. Seattle’s defense is still not great, but the Bills have been struggling to stop opponents themselves the past few weeks. Russell Wilson is an MVP candidate, and that is who I will bet on.

Chicago @ Tennessee

TEN -6.5

Chicago is who we thought they were. Their early season run was a fluke, and it wouldn’t matter who is at quarterback. Tennessee had a rough loss last week, but they bounce back big and cover.

Baltimore @ Indianapolis

BAL -1

I do not think Baltimore is a title contender yet, but -1 is disrespectful, especially against the Colts. Roll with the Ravens.

Carolina @ Kansas City

KC -10

What can I say, it’s the Chiefs. Even at -10, it’s still a bet that can have some payoff. Patrick Mahomes is balling and will continue to do so.

Detroit @ Minnesota

MIN -4

I honestly would not bet on this game. But for the sake of content, I will have to go with the Vikings because they beat a real football team last week. Lions got shellacked.

New York Giants @ Washington

WSH -2.5

The people that set the bets learned their lesson from the first time these two met up. This game will have the same outcome as the last, so it should be a safe bet.

Houston @ Jacksonville

JAX +7

Not a lot of good games this week. I think Houston wins, but this has got to be a game that’s close and low scoring. I love my boy Watson and wish he would get out of Houston. But he has no weapons, so this game stays close.

Las Vegas @ Los Angeles Chargers

LV OUTRIGHT

Believe it or not, this game is EVEN on the bets. If that is the case, take the Raiders to win. They have some good wins this year, and the Chargers are known to blow leads.

Pittsburgh @ Dallas

PIT -14.5

Yes.

New Orleans @ Tampa Bay

NO +4.5

A pretty good Sunday Night matchup. The Saints got the win last time, but Brady and the Bucs have been playing well recently, outside of last week. It will be a close one, but the Saints cover regardless.

New England @ New York Jets

NYJ +9.5

HORRIBLE Monday matchup. But the Patriots have been playing so bad recently, I think it’s possible the Jets cover. They sure as hell don’t win, but they cover.
