Will Conor McGregor appear in WWE following merger with UFC?

Conor McGregor is one of the most entertaining athletes in the world. He has amazed people for years with his skill and precision in the octagon, and even put on a great show in the ring when he boxed Floyd Mayweather.

Now, McGregor can entertain fans in a different ring. Following the news of the UFC-WWE merger is there reason to believe that McGregor might find himself in the WWE?

McGregor has the athleticism and skill to be in the WWE and deliver a strong performance. However, the best part about McGregor in the WWE would be his display of talent on the mic. His bold and cocky personality has made virtually every pay-per-view card he has been on a must-watch affair. He would be able to do that whenever he wants in the WWE. A McGregor appearance would certainly garner a lot of attention from a wide variety of people.

This would also not be the first time a UFC star has graced the WWE ring, as Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey have both been in the WWE spotlight already.

It will be interesting to see what UFC fighters appear in the WWE, if any. However, one thing is certain: If Conor McGregor finds himself in the ring, a lot of people will be tuned in to watch “The Notorious” rock the big stage.

Conor McGregor In The UFC

Although McGregor in the WWE is a fun idea, I think most people want to see him back in the octagon first. He is coming off two back-to-back losses to Dustin Poirier, with his last fight being back on July 10, 2021, in which McGregor suffered a gruesome leg injury that has kept him away from UFC events.

However, it is about time that fans can see the superstar back in a main event. All signs point to McGregor vs. Michael Chandler, but there is no official fight date. Before their fight, these two will be the opposing coaches for season 31 of “The Ultimate Fighter”.

While I would not mind seeing McGregor’s legendary trash talk on a WWE mic, can everyone please see him back in the octagon first?
