What Makes Terry Fontenot Qualified To Interview Bill Belichick?

The Falcons decided to go with Raheem Morris for their head coaching opening over Bill Belichick. Atlanta was somehow the only team this cycle to even interview Belichick. Really… I just have one question that I would like answered. What makes Terry Fontenot qualified to interview Bill Belichick?

Can someone explain that to me?

What makes Fontenot qualified to even speak to Belichick?

His first head coaching hire was Arthur Smith (insert puke emoji here).

The last three years he took three skill position players in the top ten. They’re still incredibly slow on offense. That includes having no idea how to use Kyle Pitts, completely reaching for Drake London, and committing a sin taking a running back in the top ten.

Bill Belichick needs three things to win: A quarterback, a capable offensive coordinator, and a reliable personnel guy. That’s it. I just want to know what makes Fontenot qualified to run a draft for Belichick? Could the team be any more mediocre? How many more skill position guys is he going to take in the top ten? They still don’t have a quarterback after publically declaring they were out on Lamar Jackson because Desmond Ridder was their guy.

Keep in mind, that’s this front office. Look, I don’t like Lamar either, but there was no advantage in saying you’re not interested. This is the front office you’re dealing with. The one that thought they could win with Desmond Ridder. I knew that wasn’t happening years ago.

I don’t hate the Morris hire, but let’s stop pretending that the Falcons hired the best coach on the market. They didn’t even bother speaking to Mike Vrabel. At the end of the day, Arthur Blank allowed the leaches to guard their desk because winning isn’t the goal. Surviving and keeping their job is. That’s the truth of what’s happening in Atlanta. Rich McKay continues to hold puppet strings while he now gets his son involved in the building. Shocker!

The Falcons don’t care about winning and all the people in that building continue to be leaches holding onto their jobs by getting Arthur Blank to care about them. That’s the truth.
