I am not an NFL draft expert, I don’t follow the NBA and NHL as much as others so I need to get my posts up somehow around here. This turned into a lot more work than I thought it was going to be after week 1. If you are from Vendetta and reading this start sending in nominations! Here is the best of Vendetta from week 2.
Draft Season
The theme continues with draft coverage, and this week we did it video style. Garrett Burroughs made three appearances this week, one with his written post and then two video mock drafts. One was with Alex Chick in an almost two-hour-long breakdown where they defended their picks and gave their insights. Then he hopped on the Vendetta company mock draft and played GM for a few different NFL teams.
The Fight Game
This weekend Jake Paul knocked out Ben Askren, but before the fight went down Vendetta’s Sam Linton broke down the fight and gave us a quick preview.
Good preview, wrong prediction, and Paul knocked out the former UFC star who looked like he did not prepare to run a mile never mind train for a boxing match.
Speaking of UFC, Garrett Burroughs started a new series himself. It is a mailbag, where people tweet questions and he answers in a post with his expanded thoughts.
Podcasts
I know I had mentioned in the slack that I wanted to keep away from the podcasts and highlight the written work, but this was a hard entrance to ignore. Producer Alex’s podcast officially became part of the Vendetta Sports podcast network and did numbers.
Not the best post of the week but this was the most random articles to get views from the last week on the site. Some weird things people search for between 12am-3am.
