To begin, this division was difficult to rank. Putting the Rams at #4 should not indicate that they are a poor investment, as all of these teams are competitive and viable options for purchase. The Rams are fourth simply because of their price. The team has the makings of a true Super Bowl contender, but they are only priced at $35, the 12th most expensive team in the league. When weighed against a team contending now and primed to contend in the future, the $35 cost is a steal.

#1 Arizona Cardinals $29.17

This price is just too good to pass up. The Cardinals are well on their way to being one of the best teams in the NFC West. They have the potential to hang with any team while simultaneously developing their plethora of young talent, making their price point of under $30 even more tempting. They may not be the best team in the division, but they are the cheapest, and in a division of worthwhile investments, the Cardinals stand out as the best investment of the bunch.
