Sean Allen Waves The White Flag On His Asinine Frank Vatrano Take

If you’re an OG reader of this site, you already know I have zero respect for ESPN fantasy hockey “expert” Sean Allen. He’s a liar and probably the single dumbest guy who has a job in sports media. All you have to do is search his name in our website catalog and you will find everything you need to know.

Nobody will hold Sean Allen accountable for being a dope so I will continue to do so until ESPN does something about it. Allen had the dumbest possible take on Frank Vatrano before the season (who led our cheese list) and now he’s already reversing course five games in.

Before the 2024-25 NHL Season, Allen ranked the Ducks winger as the 31st-best player in fantasy hockey. Now Allen is advocating those fantasy managers who drafted Vatrano to wave the white flag and cut him.

• “Frank Vatrano, RW, Anaheim Ducks (rostered in 94.0%): The youth movement is in full effect. With just 15:31 of ice time per game, Vatrano will be hard pressed to do much for fantasy teams this season.“

You can’t hide the evidence. This Sean Allen guy is a complete fool and it’s embarrassing ESPN continues to employ him. There really isn’t anything else that needs to be said. If you were someone who drafted Frank Vatrano that early, I can’t say I feel bad for you. Next time, prioritize Vendetta Sports Media as your home for fantasy hockey content.
