RIP Max Football: EA Sports NCAA Football Announces Team Builder Setting

Three years ago I tried to do everything humanly possible to save the Max Football video game series. I mean we did everything. Jackson’s VU series was a hit on YouTube. We also did positive reviews, interviews, and gaming videos. You name it, we did it. Eventually, Max Football stopped responding to us halting the email chain and now they will die out of their own stupidity. EA Sports NCAA Football has announced they will have the team builder setting in the game.

EA Sports released details for the upcoming game and the team builder setting will ultimately destroy any value that the Max Football game had. Before we didn’t have a college football video game so the ability to play max football and create your own CFB universe had its appeal. Now EA Sports got their act together and any momentum Max Football had is dead.

I just want people to think about this. Max Football had a three year window where I offered to help them FOR FREE. They declined and made zero improvements to the original version of the game. Their own stupidity will be the death of them. It’s so unfortunate because a Max Football game produced properly with a Vendetta spin on the game would have been a hit.

NCAA Football 25 To Have Different Commentators Based On ‘Magnitude’

The good news is VU is going to return. It’s just going to return on a platform that’s a lot better produced.

RIP Max Football. It’s only a matter of time. I may or may not dance on your grave when that day comes. That part is TBD.
