NCAA Football 25 To Have Different Commentators Based On ‘Magnitude’

As we draw closer to a potential release of EA Sports NCAA Football 25, we are getting more and more information coming out, hopefully with a full trailer, release date, and cover athlete coming soon. However, we did learn yesterday that the commentary teams will be varying, not just Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit, according to the latter. The commentary team for each game is going to vary based on the magnitude of the game, which I think is ingenious on EA Sports’s part.

Full quote via SI.com:

“Chris and I won’t be on every every game,” Herbstreit said. “You’re going to have different broadcast partners for different games. Depending on the magnitude of the game, that will dictate who’s calling the game.”

This is a really nice addition to a game that is surrounded by hype, as we have not gotten an NCAA Football game since 2014. This adds a nice dynamic for those who might try out dynasty mode with those smaller schools and build their way up (keep an eye on the Vendetta Gaming YouTube this summer for more on that). There are quite a few things fans want to see out of NCAA Football 25, but this wasn’t likely on many lists but is a welcomed surprise.

EA Sports NCAA Football 25 is going to likely be one of the most purchased games of the year, and hopefully will bring that feel and nostalgia from the older games, and not be Madden but with college rosters. If EA Sports can capture that old magic they had with all the cool things you could do, and maybe throw in a few new features, this might be one of the better sports games in recent memory.
