Jonah Savaiinaea 2025 NFL Draft Profile

This is going to be a fun one. Jonah Savaiinaea is low-key one of my favorite prospects in this entire class. We’re going over everything and everything you need to know about the Arizona offensive lineman. Without wasting anymore time, here is your 2025 NFL Draft profile on Savaiinaea!

NFL Draft Stock Report: Senior Bowl (1), (2), (3), Game

Savaiinaea, 21, checks in at 6-foot-4, 324, and was a three star prospect out of the state of Hawaii. Savaiinaea spent all three years with the Arizona Wildcats and ended his career as a team captain. He’s also a three year starter and played right guard, right tackle, and left tackle at Arizona.

Call me crazy but there were some Dion Dawkins flashes here. He played guard and tackle at the Senior Bowl. I say that because Dawkins could play both, but had the potential to be an insane guard while also being capable of being a top end tackle. I see the same thing here. Savaiinaea was a stand out at the Senior Bowl and those articles are there for you at the top.

I thought the Combine performance was at another level. This dude is just a tank and kept saying it over and over again. He checks in at 6-foot-4, 324, and just passed every test there. Light on his feet while being absolutely massive. Frankly, I don’t know how more people don’t love him. For a guy this big to be running 4.95 is incredible. He passed the eye test in every possible way. You can criticize the Trey method, but the evidence speaks for itself.

A 3.4% pressure rate allowed is a bit higher than you want, but don’t forget that’s playing left tackle. I think he can be a dominant guard. Needs to be a bit nastier in the run game and sometimes, he falls over on the ground too many times. Other than that, I don’t see a ton of negatives.

I see Savaiinaea as a round two player who should project forward as a high end starting guard at the next level.
