Jimmer Range Episode 40: 2022-23 CBB Midseason Draft, Narrative Buy/Sell

Oh no! Oh yes! Jimmer Range is back for our first episode of 2023! Chris Beard was fired by Texas (RIP BOZO) so we give some brief thoughts on that situation. Kentucky has been going through a rough patch lately. Could Coach Cal be headed out the door? The majority of this episode is a 16-round midseason draft of players and coaches. The rules are as follows:

• Each team must have a minimum of six non-Power 6 players/coaches
• Each team may only have a maximum of 2 players/coaches from a given conference
• Each team must have a minimum of three coaches and three freshmen
• Only one player/coach can be drafted from a given program, that program is then unavailable for the remainder of the draft
• Each team must have representation from Georgetown or Louisville
• Karl must have representation from Maryland, Alex must have representation from Northwestern
• Neither of the above required picks counts towards the conference maximum

Following the draft, we do a quick buy/sell segment with some current narratives flying around college basketball. Overall, it’s a very fun show and we hope you enjoy!
