Does Tom Brady Want To Play In The CFL?
If Messi can play in the retirement MLS league, then why can’t Tom Brady go join the CFL? After Brady’s win in Germany with the Bucs, it only added to the GOAT’s ever-growing resume. On his ‘Let’s Go!‘ podcast, Brady joked that he’s thinking about playing in the CFL so he can add another country to his win list.
“I think it’s pretty cool. I’ve been around long enough to see these international games take place, it’s like I’m the EPCOT centre of quarterbacks. It was really fun to be a part of it,”
“I think the fact that I’m undefeated outside the U.S., I’m hoping I can get to go to play in the CFL at some point and really see what I can make of myself up there,” Brady joked Monday on his “Let’s Go!” podcast, “because things have gone pretty well outside the country.”
Brady also continued with a mention of Doug Flutie.
“He’s a former teammate and hero of mine,” Brady said. “He’s always said great things [about the CFL.]”
Some people aren’t going to take this seriously but how can you not? The man is clearly obsessed with football. We’re talking about someone who unretired at 45 while already having stacked up the most impressive quarterback resume ever. At 50 are you telling me there isn’t a world where Brady isn’t stacking up Gray Cup rings in the CFL?
At this point, never say never when it comes to Tom Brady. Next stop… CFL!
