Dave Portnoy calls Jeff Nadu ‘selfish pig’ following Barstool exit

Dave Portnoy pulled no punches! Following Jeff Nadu’s second departure from Barstool Sports, the Prez absolutely eviscerated his former employee. In a heated tirade during Monday’s Barstool Rundown, Portnoy even referred to Nadu as a “selfish pig” among other charged insults.

As I’ve said before, Nadu was not winning any popularity contests at Barstool. He rubbed a lot of people the wrong way, with Rico Bosco in particular. As well, others took issue with the fact that Nadu never worked in person or even visited the Barstool office.

Unsurprisingly, that is another point that Portnoy mentioned in his rant. Following the vitriol and anger dump, the “Big Man on Campus” had this to say on Twitter:

Of course, there are things that happened behind closed doors. Stuff that the public will either never know about or will find out a long time from now. But this is still a tough scene.

The craziest thing is it still feels like Portnoy may have restrained himself from going further. You don’t have to be someone who follows this closely to know that this frustrated him. I would probably be upset too if someone asked me to double their salary despite working for me for less than a year.

Nadu can try to put on this tough guy or underdog gimmick, but I think he just looks silly. From start to finish, it has just been bad look after bad look for this dude.

The career of Jeff Nadu at Barstool Sports has taken many different twists and turns. It has been on life support, died, come back to life and then died again. However, there is not going to be any funeral this time around. It sure looks like Dave Portnoy wanted the door to hit Nadu on the way out.
