Davante Adams has had one hell of a season. Thanks in part to his quarterback, Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers is the favorite to win the MVP award and rightfully so. However, Patrick Mahomes and Derrick Henry have made compelling cases as well. Well, if you ask Adams it’s not even close.

Davante Adams Has His QB’s Back

Adams led the Rodgers campaign after the game. Adams’s comments were up on Pro Football Talk after the game.

“There’s nothing else to really talk about. You look at what we’ve done and what he’s been able to do, and they’ve hit him with everything. [They] said he didn’t have any weapons, and we go out there and go 13-3 regular season, which isn’t our main goal, obviously, but it’s a hell of an accomplishment, especially when you’re in your second year with a new staff.”

Aaron Rodgers Is Still The Best In The Business.

Rodgers reached a new career-high with 48 touchdowns this season. Rodgers also was among the top players in the league with passing yards, passer rating, and completion percentage. Truly amazing in what was supposed to be the beginning of the end for Rodgers.

Rodgers started the season on fire and was in the MVP conversation since the first week of the year. The Packers drafted Jordan Love with their first-round pick in this year’s draft. That pretty much said to Rodgers they didn’t believe in him anymore. Rodgers has put all of that to bed emphatically.

The Packers are the number one seed in the NFC playoffs and are in position for another run at the Super Bowl. Looks like Rodgers isn’t done quite yet and it will be very interesting to see just how far the BADMAN can take them.
