Damian Lillard: Big Westbrook Guy?
I’m not sure if anybody else feels this way, but personally, I’m just done with the whole Damian Lillard thing. Lillard hasn’t won anything and now all he does is complain. Lillard isn’t just complaining anymore about the situation he signed up for. Now he’s proving to be uneducated?
It turns out that Lillard is a big Russell Westbrook guy… That should tell you everything you need to know. Lillard is somehow using the cancerous Westbrook as a cautionary tale as to why he’s hesitant to leave Portland.

Then they got Russ coming off the bench like he’s not a Hall of Famer, and try to put a battery in his back, like, man, if you come off the bench, that’d be like, man, that’s Russell Westbrook. Like, what? But like, neither thing is guaranteed, you know what I mean?”
Is this dude serious? Lillard is scared to get traded because the Lakers had Westbrick come off the bench? Is Lillard really that uneducated? I refuse to believe he’s that dumb. More like these comments scream he really is that afraid to fail on the biggest stage instead of being irrelevant in Portland. If Lillard thinks he’s on par with Westbrook then he should just continue to rot in Portland and continue to be a fart in the wind.
I’m sorry but this is pathetic. Teams should have zero interest in trading for Lillard is this is what he genuinely believes. Are these comments any more tone-deaf? How does he not get that Westbrick sucks?
It seems like if Lillard is moved, he prefers the Heat. The only problem is these comments are the antithesis of Heat Culture.
