We had an idea this was coming. Now it’s official. Barstool Sports has officially fired Troopz. If you want the full story, click the link in the first sentence.
Troopz has already announced the news on what was his podcast page.
For those who don’t know who Troopz is, he was part of the soccer team at Barstool. If you want to know what led to this decision, it’s pretty easy to explain what went wrong. All you have to do is click the link in the opening paragraph. Long story short; Troopz was basically an ungrateful rat and it’s pretty easy to see why Dave Portnoy hated him.
Portnoy also now has 100% control of his company back. Pretty funny that this is the first employee he parted with since gaining control back. Troopz might not be the last to get cut but it should say a lot about how much Portnoy hated this guy.
Memo to Logan Camden. Do you see what happens when you act like a scumbag? It’s not just me that acts like this. Any media company would have dropped you in a second for being a tool. There is a right and wrong way to act. Someone needs to give that kid a slap because he’s way out of line.
On a smaller side note, it probably didn’t help that Troopz is a big Arsenal fan. Portnoy has declared his allegiance to Tottenham and already has a Spurs personality on staff. It sounds like Barstool is higher on Expressions from a talent perspective regardless of the fandom.
