AEW Collision has officially been confirmed as the company’s third weekly wrestling show. During an upfront presentation for Warner Bros Discovery. Kathleen Finch, Chairman and Chief Content Officier, announced the news. It’s the second-biggest wrestling company in the United States and they are rapidly growing. They already had two successful weekly wrestling shows. So adding a third is only going to help the company grow in popularity. AEW features some of the best wrestlers in the entire world. So now even more athletes are going to get to showcase their talents on a massive stage.
AEW Collision is going to feature some of the biggest stars in AEW. With the likes of Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, Miro, Andrade El Idolo, Thunder Rosa and more. More wrestlers are going to be able to showcase to the world their talents. AEW has a massive roster that is extremely talented. So what better way to showcase them than by making a third weekly show?
AEW Collision will debut on June 17th. The show will be on every Saturday night on TNT, beginning at 8:00 pm and will run until 10:00 pm. This marks the first time there will be Saturday night wrestling for over two decades.
TNT was the home of WCW, one of the biggest companies in the United States. AEW has often been compared to WCW as they are shaking up the wrestling world. Even the AEW Collision logo is inspired by the old WCW Nitro logo. There’s no denying the popularity of the company and the pure talent they have. So it’s nice to see that more wrestlers are going to get time on television.
