2023 NFL Draft Offensive Tackle Rankings
I didn’t do barely any offensive lineman in terms of draft profiles but we’re working with some serious time constraints. My Combine notes tell you how I’m going to feel about all of these guys and my rankings probably won’t be similar to anybody else. That’s okay, we’re on the right side of history 98.7% of the time. Let’s get right into the 2023 NFL Draft offensive tackle rankings!

10: Blake Freeland (BYU)
Feels similar to Brady Christensen but Freeland is even bigger. Not sure he’s that good but large frame and moves well for it.

9: Warren McClendon (Georgia)
Don’t forget about the other Georgia guy. You all overlooked Jamaree Salyer last year and look what happened? Trey tried to warn you.

8: Wanya Morris (Oklahoma)
Oklahoma has a long track record of putting quality offensive linemen out to the NFL level. I believe this year will be much of the same. Wanya Morris can play and was a former big time recruit. His stock is probably even higher if he didn’t get hurt running a 40 at the Combine.

7: Matthew Bergeron (Syracuse)
Might have to be a guard but I’m just not sure how everyone didn’t love what they saw during the pre-draft process. Who cares that he went to Syracuse. At the Senior Bowl and Combine, he looked every bit the part. Feels like one of those guys being slept on that will become a future fixture for any offensive line.

6: Darnell Wright (Tennessee)
This one is a bit of a maybe play but that maybe puts him lower on the board for me than others. Former big time recruit but never really made an impact until this past year. Might be too big too. Not sure he ages well. Also should be noted his technique died as the days got longer at the Senior Bowl and Combine. Might be really good. Might break your heart too.

5: 6: Anton Harrison (Oklahoma)
First team All-Big 12. Has been Oklahoma’s left tackle for the last two years. Big recruiting background. Athletic for his size and moves well. Not a finished product but feel good about him being a quality starter for someone even if it isn’t right away as a rookie.

4: Jaelyn Duncan (Maryland)
No concerns about the movement skills. Looks and feels like a left tackle. Four year starter at left tackle and only started playing football at 14. Lack of length and twitch puts him down the board a bit but this guy has talent.

3: Broderick Jones (Georgia)
Not sure he’s the next Andrew Thomas but I’m not sure he’s too far behind either. Just 21 with room to grow. Former basketball player with good size and length. Started every game at left tackle for the now back-to-back champs.

2: Dawand Jones (Ohio State)
Wingspan is dinosaur freaky. Can’t really remember a time where CJ Stroud got sneezed on this year. Dominated at the Senior Bowl. I think he will become one of the best right tackles in the league within a very short period of time.

1: Paris Johnson (Ohio State)
6-foot-6, over 36 inch arms and was somehow better than Dawand Jones forcing him to the right side. Just 21 too. Not sure he’s a historic tackle prospect but someone that should be Pro Bowl level for a long time.
