2020 Fantasy Football: Wide Receiver Rankings

2020 Fantasy Football
2020 Fantasy Football: Wide Receiver Rankings. Which 10 receivers make the list? Michael Thomas is top of the leaderboard, of course. (Chuck Cook-USA TODAY Sports)

We’re going to finish off the 2020 Fantasy Football rankings with the wide receivers. Just a heads up in regards to my posts. The rest of the don’t eat the cheese and sleeper list series will come after my fantasy draft. Can’t be giving those away too soon. Anyway, Let’s jump into the 2020 fantasy football wide receiver rankings for the WR’s. Here are your top 10.

*again, non ppr. Go head butt a wall if you do ppr. I don’t care about you.

1: Michael Thomas (Saints)

Is there even another acceptable answer? 149 receptions for 1,725 yards, and 9 touchdowns. Nobody in the sport is more productive at the WR position.

2: DeAndre Hopkins (Cardinals)

I actually think this trade helps Hopkins. No, Kyler Murray isn’t Deshaun Watson. However, I’m guessing they will be throwing it more often and the defense has it’s own struggles. Anytime you make a trade like this, they’re going to make an effort to get Hop the football.

3: Julio Jones (Falcons)

Julio does what Julio does.

4: Davante Adams (Packers)

Aaron Rodgers basically refuses to throw the ball in anybody else’s direction. Last year was a bit of a down year but only because of an injury that kept him out of 4 games. From 2016-2018, you got 35 touchdowns. Model of consistency.

5: Tyreek Hill (Chiefs)

Tyreek Hill is the number one option on the best offense in football and will find a way to have those ridiculous games along the way.

6: Kenny Golladay (Lions)

Talk about underrated. Now this is a player that gets no love. Matthew Stafford basically didn’t play at all last year. Kenny Golladay went for 1,190 yards and 11 touchdowns. Now Stafford is back and this defense still blows. Yeah, I’ll take some of this stock.

7: DK Metcalf (Seahawks)

I have to be honest. I think DK Metcalf EXPLODES. He was really good as a rookie. Completely took over the Eagles playoff game and kept getting better. 900 yards and 7 touchdowns as a rookie but had 5 games of 36 yards or less. The breakout is coming. Plus, he gets Russell Wilson so I like those odds.

8: Mike Evans (Bucs)

I don’t like the Tom Brady thing but Evans is the one guy that should get his. He’s the biggest target they have and the touchdown monster.

9: Amari Cooper (Cowboys)

I don’t feel super confident with CeeDee Lamb coming but there should be enough targets to go around. Mike McCarthy handled 3 wide outs with ease in Green Bay. Coop is still one of the best in the business. You can bookmark over 1,000 yards.

10: AJ Brown (Titans)

Like Metcalf, I just think AJ Brown is really good. I do think the Titans will take a step back but Brown will get his numbers. Another example of Brown had over 1,000 yards as a rookie and really didn’t do much in a number of games. More consistency and a year 2 jump is coming.
