Where Chickster Was Right: Leg Day Sucks
Chickster gets a thatta boy tonight. We love to rip on our beloved Chickster but that’s only because we actually love him. Chickster tries to be in the mix when he can. Sometimes he gets busy trying to flex on Garrett with his hairpiece. Today is the day where Chickster really deserves his flowers for perfectly describing leg day.
Chickster appeared on the daily show and just had to share his rant on leg day. It was a rant I am all for. At least Chickster shows up some side boob once in a while. Can’t say the same for the rest for the group. At least Chickster has some personality.
Chickster doesn’t get many gym days in. Toothpaste and Chickster were going back and forth about toothpaste being a diseased person. Don’t worry, his disease is that he can’t eat Chic Fil A. Don’t worry, rumor on the street is Toothpaste goes after Thic Fil A instead. We can’t confirm or deny those rumors, however.
Speaking of Thic? Chickster’s chin? Neverm……
Anywho, yes, leg day. Let’s B Real one more time. Nobody likes leg day. We don’t have to skip leg day but we can also acknowledge that it sucks at the same time. Our thoughts and feelings are valid and I’m allowed to complain about things I don’t like. Amen.
Two days ago I did a leg day. Front squats, dumbbell lunges ss to jumping lunges, leg press, and calf raises. My legs still hurt. It was terrible and I never want to do it again even though I will force myself to.
Side note: Who’s leg pressing more? Garrett’s shoulder hair or Toothpaste? A valid question.
