SMU Basketball enters the 2024-25 season with a fairly wide range of outcomes and are one of the more difficult projections in the conference due to a variety of factors. Andy Enfield is the new man in charge and he brought in some solid pieces via the transfer portal. Wake Forest transfer Boopie Miller and Butler transfer Chuck Harris form a respectable offensive backcourt duo while UCSB transfer Yohan Traore and journeyman Matt Cross bring legitimacy to the frontcourt. A lot could happen with SMU this season, both good and bad, but the most likely outcome seems to be a middle of the pack finish. Does Andy Enfield have a surprise in store?
