Watch: New Gotham Knights Gameplay Puts A Spotlight On Robin

Gotham Knights is an open-world action RPG that takes place after the death of Batman. The game allows players to be Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, or Robin as they fight crime in Gotham City. Gamers can play solo or with another hero, as they clean up Gotham by taking down criminals and iconic Batman villains.

Gotham Knights has been releasing new information on the game and putting out spotlights on the game’s heroes in the lead-up to the game’s release date. There has already been an official Nightwing trailer and now there is a new official Robin character trailer.

This trailer depicts the stylish Robin defeating bad guys in a variety of different areas across Gotham City. The character trailer shows more of Robin through his voice-over, as well as the different costumes that Robin possesses. Robin is put on display with his effective quarterstaff and multiple gadgets that he uses to get the upper hand on the various criminals.

Robin will be relying on his intelligence and technology when cleaning up the streets of Gotham, which is similar to the Caped Crusader himself. The gameplay for Robin was exciting and it makes Gotham Knights fans that much more eager for the game.

Robin’s Story And Background

The Robin in Gotham Knights is Tim Drake, the youngest of the four heroes. Although he is young, he is incredibly smart and resembles his mentor Batman in many ways. Robin uses fantastic logic and deductive reasoning when making decisions, and he believes in keeping Gotham City safe because he can and it is the right thing to do.

His fighting style is very stealthy as he uses his quarterstaff, teleportation, and projectiles to get the drop on his enemies. Also, he is competent in psychological warfare, making him well-equipped for any situation Gotham City can throw at him.

Fans will be able to play as Robin as well as the other heroes on October 25, 2022, when Gotham Knights hits the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
