Tyler Shough has finally announced where he will be transferring to.
After one week of being on the the transfer portal.
The Oregon Ducks starting quarterback in 2020, had a great season.
He made the announcement himself on twitter:
“I will admit, that Red and Black looks good. But as a Duck Fan, who was excited when Shough first got to the University of Oregon.”
” I was also a believer that he would have transferred to Boise State, where Former Ducks Defensive Coordinator Andy Avalos became the head coach. You also have former Ducks running back Cyrus Habibi-Likio.”
“I was wrong”

Texas Tech Football is getting a quarterback who has been on two Pac-12 championship teams.
Although, the response from Duck fans is positive now. They were calling for him to leave after the season.
With him graduating with an undergraduate degree in three years, and the Ducks Quarterback situation being crowded. It made sense for Shough to go further his career somewhere else.
Tyler Shough was an ESPN 300 recruit for the class of 2018. He had backed up Justin Herbert for his first two years at Oregon, before landing the starting job.
Shough will be leaving the University of Oregon, and entering another crowded Quarterback situation. Though at Texas Tech, Shough will enter with some experience.
Shough completed 106 passes on 167 attempts last season, with a 63.7%. He threw for 1,559 yards, with 13 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. He also had a quarterback rating of 160.4.
