The Sex Lives Of College Girls: HBO Max Review

Judge me, don’t judge me, I don’t care. Yes, I enjoy a good chick flick. Kill me. I don’t know if anyone actually likes these reviews but they’re happening every time I watch something new. Up next, we’re diving into The Sex Lives Of College Girls (pun not intended) on HBO Max. Without spoilers, here is your official Vendetta review.

The show is about four female college freshmen who all meet in college. Well, technically they’re all roommates. The college is located in Vermont but they find a way to have fun. Kimberly, Leighton, Bela, and Whitney all face their own set of issues and are fascinating in their own way.

The storyline isn’t perfect. Especially when Whitney claims she only hooks up with men, not boys. Then proceeds to hook up with the most pathetic dude I’ve ever seen. It’s not perfect but the humor is there which is all that matters. The show keeps you engaged with the cliff hanger cheese and you’re eager to really binge through the show.

My favorite character has to be Bela. She’s just hilarious and is enough to make the show good by herself. But I’m curious to hear which roommate is your favorite?

Overall, it’s a very solid show. Hopefully, good enough for a second season (which apparently seems to be the case). It’s not the greatest show you will ever see in your life but it’s funny and definitely a solid B+ in my book.
