Ryan Poles Is Apparently Upset With The Kevin Warren Dynamic In Chicago

In case you missed it, I just published my Ryan Poles video yesterday. There is no room for interpretation. The Bears suffer from a Poles design problem more than anything. However, the more information we get, the more it appears that Poles is just a puppet in this sick dysfunctional mess. Kevin Warren is the puppet master.

A new report has surfaced that Poles is very frustrated with the power dynamic right now. Warren isn’t just running the team. Poles has to go to him for permission before he does anything too. It sure sounds like Poles could even leave Chicago if things continue to go in this direction.

Soooooo maybe Kevin Warren deserves more blame for this mess in Chicago. If there is something he absolutely deserves blame for… it’s this asinine decision that it was to pass on Jim Harbaugh. It turns out Harbaugh really wanted to coach the Bears but Warren wasn’t going to allow it to happen. That one, Warren can’t be absolved from.

Warren was hired as the team president to aid with the team in helping them move to a new stadium. It sounds like he’s also very involved in making decisions in terms of on-the-field personnel too. I’m not sure what makes him qualified to do that but it sure makes more sense why some of these idiotic decisions happened.

Moving forward, we gotta keep our eyes on this Warren. He’s a snake in the grass. Wants the credit for winning but hides behind Poles so that he never gets any of the blame. Last time I checked, only the owner of the team who writes the checks gets that. Warren somehow conned himself into that role too.
