Robert Lewandowski to PSG? Agent Reportedly Meets with Club’s Brass

We are entering the final week of the summer transfer window, and with the deadline fast approaching, the last-minute chaos has commenced. Some of the biggest names in the sport could be on the move. Cristiano Ronaldo is looking for new opportunities, Kylian Mbappé wants to leave PSG for Real Madrid, and now Robert Lewandowski could be joining the Parisian club to replace the 22-year-old.

According to the Daily Express, Lewandowski’s agent, Pini Zahavi, met with the PSG brass and “offered” the 33-year-old Polish superstar to the club if Mbappé were to leave. Just last week, Sky Sports released a report alleging the Bayern star wants a new challenge at one of Europe’s top clubs. PSG could offer that in excess and have the capital to make a move.

Real Madrid has sent a €160 million bid for Mbappé, and although PSG has said that the price tag is lower than what they want, the possible addition of Lewandowski combined with the ever-approaching transfer deadline could necessitate the move.

Ultimately, it takes no genius to recognize that an attacking trio featuring Messi-Neymar-Mbappe or Messi-Neymar-Lewandowski could conquer European football. It’s just a matter of who budges first.
