The Patriots are playing chess while the rest of the NFL is playing. Kind of like all of you losers that play snake drafts instead of being a big boy and playing auction fantasy drafts. After signing Antonio Brown, this only means one thing for the Patriots. Rob Gronkowski is definitely coming back.

I know Rob Gronkowski is retired. Still, Gronk is a guy that just needed some time off. He still has some juice in the tank. Now that Brown is back with the Patriots, New England’s Super Bowl odds went from 6-1 to 4-1. The Pats went from a starting lineup of Jakobi Meyers, Julian Edelman, and Phillip Dorsett to Edelman, Josh Gordon, and Antonio Brown. New England has one hole left to fill, tight end.

The Patriots set are tight ends on the roster includes Matt LaCosse and Ryan Izzo. Who? Yeah, exactly. New England also has Ben Watson but he’s washed up and suspended. If New England can recruit Antonio Brown, count on Rob Gronkowski coming back.

Just give it 8 weeks. Gronk will get that itch. It has a 2007 feel to it. An explosive offense with a reinvigorated defense. The Patriots have an infusion of young talent coming in. If the Patriots are a tight end away from winning another Super Bowl, there’s no chance that Gronk doesn’t return. Somehow, I think the Brown acquisition only ensures that Gronk is coming back.

This is the kind of thing that can only happen to the Patriots because of their culture. Antonio Brown will be the model citizen while they win the Super Bowl. Then the Patriots will collect a 3rd round comp pick when AB leaves and he will go back to acting like a crazy person. Gronk coming back makes too much sense not to happen. It’s the perfect cherry on top. Is he really going to say no if Tom Brady calls?
