Patrick Mahomes Is Certified Charmin Soft
Patrick Mahomes showed the world last night that he is as Charmin soft as they get. During the fourth quarter of their game against the Buffalo Bills Sunday, Mahomes would hit TE Travis Kelce with a pass, and Kelce lateraled the ball to Kadarius Toney for what would have been the game-winning touchdown. I say would have, as the play was called back for an offensive offside penalty. Needless to say,
Mahomes was not pleased about the call.
Does Mahomes realize that the officials gift the Kansas City Chiefs probably 2-4 calls during every game? The narrative every single week is that if there is a bad call, it is in favor of the Chiefs and Mahomes.
I can understand being frustrated about a call, but how about showing a little class and sportsmanship when meeting Bills QB Josh Allen at midfield? Instead, he was so fired up that all he could talk about was how the call was “f***ing terrible.”
Grow up. How about letting Allen have this moment, as this is potentially a season-defining win for this team? Instead, you make the moment all about you. Get over yourself.
Patrick Mahomes is verified Charmin soft. The Chiefs get calls in their favor every single week. Don’t complain about the Toney call because everyone already knows he has rocks for brains. Toney wouldn’t cut it in the XFL let alone being a starter on an NFL roster, what do you expect?
He was lined up so far offside he might as well have been down the first base line in Kauffman Stadium. Get over yourself. It was long overdue that one of these big calls didn’t go the Chiefs’ way. Do better.
