The Cowboys lost to the Dolphins 22-20 on Christmas Eve. The idiots in the mainstream media will sell you the most predictable nonsense about how Dallas lost because they’re the same old Cowboys. The truth of the matter is they lost that game because they lost the line of scrimmage. Frankly, there is a bigger problem going on with the Cowboys and it involves Micah Parsons.
It’s been 38 quarters since there was a holding call involving Micah Parsons. That’s a real stat. 38 quarters of football since the refs have called an offensive lineman for holding Parsons. You’ve been watching the games, right? Do you think 38 quarters of football go by where an offensive lineman doesn’t hold Parsons from killing his quarterback? It happens on basically every play.
Parsons, 24, has 13 sacks on the season. He should probably have 20 if he wasn’t getting triple-teamed and constantly gameplanned around. Parsons is currently on pace to have the best pass rushing win rate in NFL history. He’s probably the best single player on the defensive side of the football.
The man can’t get a holding call to save his life. 38 quarters of football have gone by since an offensive lineman got flagged for one against him. It’s literally a topic the Cowboys website is even talking about. Jerry Jones is also complaining about it on local radio shows.
It’s probably something that should be talked about because it could make or break the Cowboys’ season. Nobody impacts the game on the defensive side of the football more than this guy. Will the refs swallow their whistles during the playoffs? What if they do the opposite and call five holding calls on the opposing team? Those things sink entire drives. Food for thought.
