I’m putting my nuts on the table (or nuggets I guess). What about you? Matthew Stafford finally escaped the travesty that is the Detroit Lions franchise and is instantly in a better situation. We really are downplaying how good this is for Matt Stafford. In all honestly, we’re also downplaying what it means for the Rams too. Jared Goff SUCKED. Sean McVay did everything he could to mask how much he sucked.

Matthew Stafford only had Kenny Golladay last season, now that he’s with the Giants, there was nothing left for him there worth noting. With the Rams, not only is he getting an offensive guru in Sean McVay but he also gets Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods, Desean Jackson, and Van Jefferson will be in the mix more this year. Excuse me? I’m not even a big Tyler Higbee believer but he’s there too holy shit. People are saying the Rams are overrated and it’s the total opposite. People will realize how much Goff sucks with the Lions and realize how much better Stafford is.

I can understand the concern around Stafford with the Rams run game being solid. But yet, the NFC West is the most competitive division this year by far. All 4 teams can make the playoffs and put scare in any team. Teams in the NFC West will HAVE to pass. Stafford will throw to his extensive arsenal with Sean McVay having a competent QB. 

How Much Did The Rams Hate Jared Goff?

There’s no way Stafford isn’t at least a top 10 fantasy QB year. You can show me his numbers last year with the Lions. Don’t care, it’s the fucking lions. You can show me Goff’s numbers last year with the Rams. Don’t care, it’s fucking Jared Goff. Matt Stafford might not be a top 5 fantasy QB this year but if you have Stafford as a QB2, you should be ecstatic. Don’t be dumb, Stafford is a safe option and will help your fantasy team tremendously.
