The meal comes out steaming hot. I ordered the classic pork katsu curry on a bed of steaming hot rice. The curry pork katsu was perfectly crispy. Each bite was salty and crunchy. The pork added a depth of meatiness that every meal needs. The stew itself was spicy, tangy and savory. It was not too thick and made it easy to scoop a perfectly crafted bite of pork, rice, and stew. I also ordered a side of the veggies! The veggies included zucchini and bell peppers. The bell peppers offer an exciting sweetness to the dish. The curry at Maji Curry is fresh, tangy and authentic!
