Justin Eboigbe 2024 NFL Draft Profile

You’re here to learn more about Justin Eboigbe. Now that we got that out of the way, let’s get right to the good stuff because I’m so done with these intro paragraphs. Here is your Justin Eboigbe 2024 NFL Draft Profile!

Sometimes the same school comps are lazy. Sometimes they’re not. The truth of the matter is defensive lineman with size are just a rare commodity. You can’t even recruit them in the state of California. They only exist in the South, or at least 90% of them are in the South. With Eboigbe, I think you’re looking at another Isaiah Buggs, Dalvin Tomlinson, A’Shawn Robinson, etc. With Eboigbe being on the lower end of that spectrum.

The Forest Park, Georgia native checks in at 6-foot-4, 297 with over 33 inch arms. He was viewed as a four star prospect coming out of high school but really was only a one year wonder for Bama. Eboigbe cashed in on seven sacks from the interior in 2023, which smashes basically every year of his production prior. In the four years prior, Eboigbe had three sacks and was mostly a part time player.

Eboigbe was mentioned in the Stock Report notes a few times. Definitely made an impact during the year. It’s hard to rack up that much production from the inside. Just a matter of if he’s going to continue to grow. Being a difference maker as a 5th year player only is concerning.

The predraft stuff just hasn’t been kind to him. Wasn’t really impressed with what I saw at the Senior Bowl. Also just limited athletically. Didn’t love his Combine either. Ran a 5.18 with an underwhelming 1.8 time on the 10 yard. Don’t really see any bite with his first step explosion. Not a natural knee bender either.

I like Justin Eboigbe as a late round flier. I’m talking 6th or 7th round. Feels like a depth piece along the defensive line. That’s about it.
