Jordan Schultz Joins Bleacher Report As NFL Insider

Jordan Schultz joined theScore about one year ago. His stay with theScore will be a brief one as Schultz is already leaving for another media network. Schultz will join Bleacher Report as an NFL insider.

Schultz revealed the news in a post on Twitter:

“BR is a phenomenal brand that I have admired for years, and its coverage is synonymous with bringing you the best sports media,” Schultz said in the announcement. “I will continue to do what I love most: Breaking news, reporting stories, and covering the NFL while highlighting and empowering the players. I am excited for this new journey and can’t wait to get started.”

Schultz has been around the block. It’s easier to say which media networks he hasn’t worked for at this point. In addition to theScore, Schultz previously worked for NBC Sports, Sirius XM, Yahoo, and ESPN.

Before I close, it’s worth mentioning that Schultz is the son of former Starbucks CEO and Seattle SuperSonics owner Howard Schultz. You didn’t think young Schultz got all those contacts by himself, did you? Anyway, I’ll leave it at this but feel free to click the embed or this link for a real conversation about the sports landscape that needs to be had.

Let’s hear from you in the comments. Are you a fan of Jordan Schultz? Do you care even 1% about his move to Bleacher Report? Are you more likely to consume Bleacher Report content now that they added Schultz? Feel free to speak your mind.
