I Have Proof That You Can’t Make Everybody Happy
Did anybody else see this story today? My jaw hit the floor when I saw it and I’m still flabbergasted. I thought the entire point of changing the Redskins name was because Native Americans were offended? Now they want the name back? WTF!!!!!!! Today we’re going to spend some time talking about the fact that you just can’t make everybody happy.
The more days that go on, the more I hate people. I really try to be more open-minded than I was when I was younger. I used to make fun of my friends for going on long dog walks. Now I go on them every day to get my steps in. It’s nice being outside. If people back in the day used to march to their death, then shame on me for not getting my steps in by having the privilege of living in modern society.

I truly do try to be open-minded. I hate people, yet try to see the best in these stupid humans. Over and over again I continue to be disappointed. The OG readers at the site know the stories. I don’t even have to link them. Go rewatch Cheese if you need to.
It’s gotten so bad that I genuinely try to avoid people as much as I possibly can. I go on my walks and go to the gym. That’s about it. Out of sight, out of mind. Please leave me alone. Thank you.
Yet, the stupid humans continue to ruin my life. The other day me and Jamie are on a walk. This lady comes out of the building with a pizza in her hand standing in the middle of the sidewalk with her rat dog. We’re trying to wait for her to pass, but no, she’s just being a terrible human causing a ruckus as we stare in confusion trying to pass. I thought about reporting her to the people that run the electric chair, but apparently, that’s not legal. I told the voice in my head to try to calm down. It’s just a dumb human that doesn’t know any better, but it’s really hard.
I’m not done.
I like to go to the gym a lot. It’s one of the only things that gets rid of the demons in my mind. It’s a blessing and a curse being Trey. I’m wearing a shirt from high school wrestling that somehow fits but only because it’s an adult large. People can google where I’m from if necessary but it starts with the letter “N” and the logo is orange. This random dude at the gym comes up to me and asks if it’s a University of Nebraska shirt.
Is the guy color-blind? Does he not know that Nebraska is red?
Then it occurred to me that I think this guy tried to talk to me before. Maybe he wants to slurp on the snake that checks in at a respectable hard-hit double off the wall, but it’s always an inside-the-park home run with effort. I’m not a switch hitter, so it gave me the icks. Even if I was a switch hitter, I can do better than that guy. C’mon, be real… Stop playing noob.
Why do I have to deal with that? Then I sit there and think to myself that maybe I should be grateful that I’m not a girl and I don’t have to worry about defending myself. Then my brain goes into 30 rabbit holes that aren’t necessary. Do I really have to get this company to the point where I build my own private gym just to get away from people?
Where does it end? People just suck and nobody is even trying anymore. Do humans have any redeeming qualities outside of just being stupid, uneducated, ignorant, lazy, etc. I really can’t stand people. How do you guys get through an actual day during normal work hours in an office setting?
Speaking of the Commanders, Redskins, Washington football; whatever you want to call them. Did anybody see what Ron Rivera did the other day? Rivera makes over $8 million per year to do nothing. Doesn’t that make you mad? A real human conned his way into making that type of money while being the worst leader on the planet.
How can we have a better culture here at a sports website than Rivera does while running an NFL team? Isn’t that a problem? We have a higher standard of excellence at Vendetta than the Commanders do. How is that possible? All Rivera did was expose himself for not having a plan.

What do you do again? You’re either coaching it or allowing it to happen. Do you really get paid to leak nonsense to the media?
Sad. Bad. Wow.
Tell me Trey can’t do better running a sports organization. All I see is dumb people come across my desk every day. Did I create a company so that I can collect the only people in the world that I get along with? Did I con myself? Do I really hate people that much? How do I not hate people? People are offended for a lot of different reasons. I’m offended by stupid people and the fact that our society can’t do better.
One thing you can’t deny about the people that work here. Even the ones that are going to be on the Viking Funeral boats when this company officially goes to the moon. People that go through the ringer here become better workers, better content creators, and have an edge. This company creates killers and if you don’t fit our standard of excellence, I don’t want you. Simple as that. Mostly because most humans truly suck and the ones that do are not worth my time.
You cannot please everybody. I will continue to run this company with the intention of burning the rest of the industry to the ground. If you’re not on my side, you’re an enemy. If you find it offensive, revert to the cover gif. That is my message to you.
I believe in the signs. I believe in the rule of threes. There are three types of people.
- The law of 3’s
- Whenever you take over a team you have three groups of people
- One — They’ll do anything you want them to do
- Two — They’re unsure
- Three — They are never happy

By the way, this goes for any company or team setting. Unfortunately, most humans fall into group three because 99% of the population continues to be utterly worthless. Many people try to win group three over. I have no interest in doing so. I want people that want to be here and I believe in even taking it a step further. If you want to disrespect me, I’ll gladly spit in your face right back.

Mark Izzo was a solid WWE writer for us. Then he lost his mind and hitched his wagons to his whacked-out friend. Instead of grinding his way to the top, he took the easy way out and decided to stick around with the anchor holding him back. Now he makes videos like this.
WTF was that?
Throw away a potential long-term writing career to record sketches of nothing about a podcast nobody watches. Doesn’t it just scream tide pod kid? Look at me! Where is my attention!!! It’s like watching the Titanic sink to the bottom of the ocean. Ugly but can’t take your eyes off it. Is that O’Brien with another crackpipe in the distance?
The thing about Trey is I don’t operate like most humans. I don’t know anything about Pro Wrestling, but now I have to make sure I dominate him now. It’s just the way it has to be. Have you seen our new writing team on that side of things? It’s not close to done but we’ve already made some big time hires. The clicks in that section have been bigger than ever within days of his exit.
I got one more for you. I’m sorry we’re getting on the longer end of things, but I promise it will be worth your time.

Ahh, yes, the intern we hired that Colin Cowherd also then hired afterward. Well, we’re at the end of the semester so I just want to update everyone on the fact that I don’t like the kid. I have no idea if Logan wants to continue working here after the internship because somehow the kid doesn’t show up for his review (only one of the semester btw), but I’m making it known that I don’t want him here either way.
I’m somebody that values my time. I have a lot of things to do as someone that owns my own business with a lot of workers that need my attention. I also have 800 other things that go own beyond the site that is already impossible to manage by myself. I’m not saying that it’s the end of the world to miss a meeting but I also think it should be a common courtesy to respect others time.
That’s all.
Walk with me through storytime. Logan’s meeting is set for Noon est / 9 am pst on a Sunday. That was after it was going to be on Saturday but informed the group very early that morning to move it to Sunday. That was after the responding message Saturday was 21 minutes late to what was going to be Saturday’s meeting. That was after the kid had no concept of time zones and just wanted to meet at 9. As if I lived next door and knew what time to attend an online meeting with people in three different time zones. That kid.
Everybody has a different policy on how they view time. I am the – If you’re early, you’re on time. If you’re on time, you’re late. If you’re late, middle finger. But I’m not actually that harsh at first glance. Just you know, communicate as to why you’re late and or maybe try to reschedule. That doesn’t seem like much, right?
Sleeps til 1 pm, doesn’t even try to reschedule, and fails to respond within a 36+ hour window after. Talk about a kid that needs a slap. I would slap myself if I acted like that in any setting. What a disgrace.
Again, I’m out on the kid. I don’t know what Cowherd’s standard of excellence is. You can get away with disrespecting people who have died around him so who knows what he puts up with. I could go on about his issues, but no need. I just want to say… I won’t tolerate it here and that he can have him.
Then I start looking at what the kid accomplished this semester. 41 posts for the Summer term ranging from May to August. I usually find that the studs hit the 100 mark, 50 is about average, and anything much lower you usually don’t pass. Usually, you have already been fired.
Kid has a hell of an ego on him for a guy that’s been out-blogged by several mediocre talents that have come and gone. Tanner Pike out-blogged him and that kid had rocks for brains. Same school too. Imagine acting like that after you got outworked by bums?
We love Arizona State, but c’mon. The show is called nerd sesh. Talk about some false advertising cheese. Do nerds qualify as Arizona State kids that party too hard and sleep til 1 pm? Hey, the earing looks cute though!
Stop it. What are we even talking about here? Is there anybody even trying to keep this kid in line?
We are more than our thoughts. Maybe Uncle Colin doesn’t have all the answers. Maybe he needs to spend more time with Uncle Trey. It’s too late now but my advice to Logan moving forward would be to find someone that gives you a good slap. You need one bad.
Kid has a hell of an ego to act like that, huh? You think he’d be rocking those bb gun biceps if he were on my crew? Do you get to act tough and waste people’s time when you’re rocking those guns?
This is why I hate people. This generation of kids sucks. The boomers just put their heads down and worked. Millennials are more than willing to work hard but we need a reason. Preferably something that makes us happy. These new kids? Almost all of them are worthless. I saw a video recently from Dana White. Say whatever you want about him but he hits the nail on the head with this. I deal with kids every semester with this internship program. He’s not lying.

What people don’t understand is in the history of human civilization, this sports media thing isn’t an old concept. It’s very, very, very new. ESPN is dying. The Athletic is in financial turmoil while simultaneously tanking the New York Times. SB Nation and Fansided are failing. I try to do 10 blogs a day. That’s my standard of excellence. Maybe the ones getting fired in this industry don’t work hard and or aren’t talented enough.
I’ll leave it here. Trey is going to burn this industry to the ground and I’m going to make the rest of you look so foolish. So foolish to the point where I dare every single sports organization that exists to hire me because they know they can’t do better. Just know if it doesn’t happen, I will be embarrassed. What’s the competition? I’m going to run all of you over and when that day of reckoning happens, you will all be sorry.
Side note: My dog is now transhuman. He hides his pills under his paws and can open doors. That’s smarter than 90% of humans that I encounter on a daily basis. If you guys can make things up, then so can! If we learned anything today, it’s that you can’t make everybody happy. They will be miserable regardless so why try! Screw the haters!
Additional side note: Please do better. I’m disgusted with our society. Try a little harder tomorrow. Be better in everything you do. Our women’s team just lost in the round of 16 for the World Cup. We’re getting passed in everything. It’s time to look in the mirror because these people are sad.
Last additional side note: Don’t worry, I’ll find a better nerd team. I have to now. I don’t even like nerds, but I can do better than that. How hard can it be? The bar is fake advertising, party too hard, wake up at 1 pm, disrespectful rat. Don’t worry, Trey will find better.
You can’t make everybody happy. Just be the best version of yourselves. 99.9% of you are failing at that concept.
