Have You Grounded Yourself Today?

We live in a bad place. It seems like people just do crazier and crazier things based on opinion and not scientific data. I’m not going to get all political in this post but I will say that I’m pro human rights. You should be too. Maybe more people need to find their inner self and have that wake up call. Have you grounded yourself today?

People do realize that we live a very different lifestyle compared to humans of the past. We are now primarily indoors. That’s only been a thing for maybe the last 200 years. It turns out that locking yourself indoors being terrified of a virus that poses no threat to the future of human society was not a good idea. Shocker!

Maybe we should take it a step further. Maybe the reason why people are so crazy is because they haven’t grounded themselves. Do you see how happy this little puppers Max looks? He grounds himself every day because he’s a good boy.

I’m not going to get all science mode on you. I can but I’m not sure anybody is interested in reading 2,000 more words about the electrons in our body that need to be balanced out. You can read about grounding techniques all over the internet. Do we think it’s a coincidence people are starting to lose their minds after going YEARS without grounding themselves? How do we think some of these laws are getting passed? We’re the only animal on the planet not properly grounding themselves. Is it a coincidence why we’re having so many issues?

Think about going outside and putting your bare feet to the ground today. Do it today and every other day you can. It will help your brain. If that’s not enough, the medicine stick always exists. Be more like Puppers. We will all be a little happier that way.
