Clark, the two-time Super Bowl champion with the Chiefs, is coming off a five-sack season with Kansas City.
With the Chiefs, Clark’s sack numbers have slowly declined, but his impact has not. Clark’s impact with the Chiefs is much more than numbers, forcing pressure that allowed him to flourish with Kansas City.
The Seattle Seahawks drafted Clark in the 2015 NFL draft after he played all four years at Michigan. Seattle selected the EDGE rusher No. 63 overall pick in the second-round. He would go on to play four seasons with the Seahawks before leaving for Kansas City in 2019.
With the Seahawks, Clark would put up superb numbers, including three of his best seasons in the NFL. In his sophomore season, Clark broke out for 10 sacks and 47 tackles in 15 games played. After that, the former Wolverine would produce 23 sacks in the next two years, cementing himself as one of the best across the NFL.
This offseason, Denver made some major moves to improve their already stellar defense. One major move the Broncos made this offseason was signing veteran pass rusher Zach Allen. With defensive guru Sean Payton joining the Broncos, Clark will look to bolster up the Broncos defense this season, and turn back the clock to his Seattle days.
