I contacted Support about my refund but haven’t received any answers from them yet.

You should receive a response within 24hrs. Please contact our team again if you haven’t received an answer within 3 days.

Why is my refund taking so long?

Please note, a refund will start processing once the item/product is in our possession. You will need to contact your shipping career to see when the item will arrive.

How long does it take for refunds to process?

Once we receive your item/product refunds can take up to 7-14 business days to complete. Generally, the customers who completed the initial payment with Visa or Mastercard will see a pending transaction for the refund on their bank account around 1-3 days after the refund has been initiated. Keep in mind that the time frame to post a pending refund is ultimately up to the card-issuing bank.

Do I have to pay a fee for issuing refunds?

No, but you will need to pay a fee for the shipping cost of the returned item/product. Please visit our Refund and Return policy page for more information.

Is there a limit on the number of refunds I can process?

Unfortunately, there is a limited amount of items/products that can be returned for a full refund per customer. If you have ordered a quantity amount of 10 or more items/products Vendetta Sports Media CAN NOT issue a full refund for all 10 items/products.

Please contact us through our Support Page for information on how we can better assist in processing the large amount items/products you bought.

How do I know when a refund is complete?

You will not receive email notifications from Vendetta Sports Media for refund types like PayPal, as these are completed automatically from the payment companies’ end. For credit card refunds, you will receive an email notification once a refund is requested as well as when the refund completes.


Buyer FAQ

The item/product I received doesn’t seem to fit, can I get an exchange?

Of course, if you bought one of our shirt items/products and doesn’t fit you, we definitely can exchange that shirt item/product for you.

If you bought one of our other items/products that is not a shirt we CAN NOT exchange that item unless the item is defective or damaged.

I received a payment error when creating a purchase.

If you received an error of payment please check your card number, exp date, and SVC code that they are correctly inputted. If you continue to see a payment error after the second or third time, STOP and contact your bank, there could be an issue with the card or bank.

I got an error when I tried to make a purchase.

Unfortunately, errors can occur due to many reasons, if you receive any kind of error please contact us at our Support Page for more assistance.

I don’t see my order even though it says the purchase went through.

Please check your cart > account and see if any recent purchases has gone through. If you see the purchase order of the item/product you bought means the purchase has gone through successfully and no changes need to be made.

If you still do not see your order of purchase please contact us immediately at our
Support Page.

I accidentally put the wrong address when I made the purchase, what do I do?

If you believe you have written the wrong address or billing address and order is still in processing, please head to your Account> Orders> Actions > Edit Order. If your order has been processed already please contact us on our Support Page.
