Deshaun Watson Tears Achilles AGAIN, Likely Out For 2025

Karma sucks? I almost feel bad saying that but then I remember all the women who were victimized and I don’t anymore. Let’s just get this over with because I’m tired of talking about this bum. Deshaun Watson tore his Achilles AGAIN and it sure feels like we’ve seen the last of him.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network was the first to report the news:

Watson, 29, already tore his Achilles three months ago. It’s unclear if it’s the same leg but it seems like that’s the case. Let’s just be real about it. This guy is done. He’s not playing again and if he does, it won’t be in 2025. He’s Maurice Clarett 2.0. Guy doesn’t care anymore. He’s beyond rich and has more money to him. He’s likely going to be on IR all of next year and when 2026 rolls around, Cleveland, if they’re smart, already has a new option in place. Even if he does come back, he’s never ever going to look like the guy we saw at Clemson and the Houston Texans.

Watson has played in just 19 of a possible 51 regular season games and that number of missed games is only going to grow. He was also borderline unplayable when he was out there. This puppy is so done. Time will tell who the Browns bring in. Of course, The good news is that Cleveland holds the second overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Although, I highly doubt Deion Sanders allows Shedeur to be drafted there but that’s a story for another day.
