Conor McGregor Arrested Yet Again, Bentley Seized For “Dangerous Driving”
Stop me if you have heard this headline about Conor McGregor before.
Conor McGregor was arrested, again, this time for dangerous driving in West Dublin on Tuesday. McGregor was pulled over in his Bentley Continental GT which is worth roughly $187,000. The car reportedly was seized briefly. Garadi, the national police in Ireland, was unable to name McGregor by name due to the country’s privacy restrictions, but they did confirm an arrest was made.

“Gardaí arrested a man aged in his 30s in relation an incident of dangerous driving in the Palmerstown area yesterday evening, Tuesday 22nd March 2022,” the department told the Independent. “The man was taken to Lucan Garda Station where he was later charged. He has been released pending an appearance before Blanchardstown District Court at a later date.”
If convicted, Conor McGregor could face a fine of up to $5,502, six months of jail time, or both.
As we all know, this is not the first time Conor McGregor has faced trouble with the law. First, there was the infamous bus incident in Brooklyn. Next, in 2019 in Miami where he was arrested for taking a mans phone and smashing it on the ground. Then there was the sexual assault and indecent exposure arrest. McGregor was kept in jail for 48 hours, before being released and all charges being dropped. Then, mentioned above, was the incident of punching a DJ in Rome. The run-in with Machine Gun Kelly at an awards show. The whole situation is taking a sad turn.
At one time, Conor McGregor ruled the world of MMA with an iron fist. If this pattern of behavior keeps up, one has to wonder if we will ever see “The Notorious” fight inside the octagon again.
