Chris Broussard is one of the great idiots in the NBA media. We don’t have to go over his lengthy laundry list of issues but certainly (Okay, fine… here is one… sorry two.), it should be noted that Broussard is not someone I would ever employ here.
If you think I’m being harsh, don’t worry, you’re in luck! Today, Broussard exposed himself once again for being one of the great idiots in the NBA media. Broussard claims Russell Westbrook at $47 million next season should be considered a ‘good’ contract.
You heard what I heard, right? The word ‘good’ was used to describe a player that’s about to earn $47 million next year who is also now referred to as being on the wrong end of one of the worst trades in NBA history! We do realize that this guy makes millions of dollars a year to tell us, regular people, that Westbrook has a ‘good’ contract. And people think I’m the crazy one? K.
That’s almost not even the worst part of Broussard’s rant. This man legit thinks that the Lakers can fetch Malcolm Brogdon AND Buddy Hield in the same package straight up for Russell Westbrook. I don’t have any other additional words to say. All I know is Broussard needs to be tested for the heavy-duty drugs right away because no rational person would ever think the Pacers would do that trade.
You want some realistic Westbrook trade packages? I got those right here.
Maybe I’m being harsh. Life is all about expectations. Why would I ever believe that the guy who held up the ‘Mempis’ sign had the ability to conjure an intelligent thought? Shame on me.
