Check Out the New Spider-Man PS5 Console
Spider-Man is huge in popular culture right now. The film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse was released on June 2, 2023, and the movie was extremely successful in the box office–raking in around $120 million in its opening weekend as well as a 96% Rotten Tomatoes score. In addition, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is set to arrive on PlayStation on October 20.
This is a highly anticipated game as the first one was fantastic. Gamers are excited to get their hands on the new title after seeing the gameplay reveal for Spider-Man 2. The iconic hero is in all the headlines with one of the biggest movies of the summer and a new video game on the way. Moreover, it makes sense that Sony is releasing a Spider-Man PS5 console.

The design is simple but eye-catching with its use of color. There is a lot of black in the design which I think works well on the controller. However, the best part is the sleek look of the red on the console with the bold white Spider-Man logo. Also, the blue light from the PS5 blends well with the red which is a nod to the actual Spider-Man suit. The controller also does well in the same areas with a nice blend of red and blue as well as a good-looking white logo in the middle of the controller.
This new console is a cool design for a PlayStation 5. This Spider-Man PS5 console will be great for fans of the characters and gamers that like more interesting console designs.
This is far from the first special console design.
There has been a Thor: Love and Thunder console design and a Tom & Jerry console design, though both of these designs were for the Xbox Series X. All gaming consoles will try to spice things up by releasing special consoles. This can range from a different base color console to a partnership with a company such as Marvel which gives gamers designs like the Spider-Man console.
Overall, these special consoles are fun for gamers and collectors. Also, there are not a vast amount of different special consoles so there still is a bit of rarity with each drop. Ultimately, the new Spider-Man PS5 console design is terrific and it will be available on September 1.
