Chad Powers Is Getting A Hulu Series
Chad Powers is coming to life. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, this might help. It’s Eli Manning’s fake-created character.
Apparently, people like Chad Powers so much that he’s coming to life for real. Well, real as in getting a Hulu series specifically on the character.
Front Office Sports has reported that Glen Powell will play Eli’s fake alias in an upcoming Hulu series.
Eli Manning is fully on board with the project and will be one of the show’s producers.
“The love for Chad Powers has surprised me in spectacular ways,” he said. “I played 16 years in the NFL, but now when I’m in a restaurant or walking through an airport, it’s not uncommon for fans to scream, ‘Hey Chad!’ I’m so excited to team up with my friends Glen Powell, Michael Waldron and Omaha Productions to continue to tell the Chad Powers story and see what he does next.”
Powell, 35, will be the primary actor playing Powers. He’s also the coverage image if you were unsure of who he was. Powell recently played a prominent role in Top Gun: Maverick. Powell will play Powers. A talented athlete that screwed up his career and is trying to make a comeback as an undercover walk-on.
