Brock Purdy Says Christian McCaffrey Should Win MVP

The MVP debate is hot and heavy. I still think you’re a complete and utter idiot if you think Brock Purdy should win the award. The versatility of Deebo Samuel and Christian McCaffrey is what makes this offense click. Even Purdy doesn’t think he should win it.

The 49ers quarterback gave his opinion on who should win the NFL MVP Award. Purdy thinks Christian McCaffrey should win the award.

“I think Christian should be MVP,” Purdy said after Sunday’s 45-29 win over the Arizona Cardinals, according to NFL Network’s Omar Ruiz. “I really do believe that. He does everything for us, runs the ball well, catches the ball, he does everything. So, in my eyes, that’s an MVP.”

CMC has been a tank all season long for San Francisco. CMC has 1,801 yards from scrimmage and 20 total touchdowns. Just an insane season from CMC who continues to lap everyone from a fantasy perspective. The running back position has clearly been devalued but it’s hard to argue that CMC isn’t head and shoulders better than all of them.

Side note: For what it’s worth, Deebo Samuel also cast his MVP vote. He’s giving it to Brock Purdy.

Other side note: I would probably vote for Tyreek Hill to win the award. If Hill’s ankle injury is bad, then CMC probably deserves it.

Other side note: Josh Allen is the real MVP of the league and Buffalo would have three wins without him. That’s the truth but I know nobody wants to hear it. Just the truth.
