Brian Flores Has Proven He Can Coach

The Miami Dolphins are trying to tank. Brian Flores won’t let them. If we have learned anything from this season from the Dolphins, it’s that Brian Flores can coach. It’s the only takeaway you can have from this Dolphins season. Despite having an unwinnable roster, the Dolphins have actually won some games. The Dolphins found a good one in Brian Flores.

The Dolphins are going to finish the season with this depth chart.

Obviously some guys are hurt. Still, there’s an ENORMOUS talent issue. I want you to look at the names on that roster. Tell me where 20 of them went to college without looking it up. There are at least 30 names on that list that you have not a single clue who they are or what they look like. Brian Flores might want to throw his hat in to run for president. I don’t know how he won 4 games, let alone 1 game with this team.

Forget about the 4 wins. This team plays hard for Flores. The Dolphins could have mailed it in from the opening kickoff in Week 1. They play hard for Flores. Did you realize that Miami is 4-4 in their last 8 games? The Dolphins are improving. They have no players but are improving. Flores is doing a hell of a job.

Flores also has guys playing way above their heads. DeVante Parker knows how somehow. Parker has 9 touchdowns this year. He had 9 his previous 4 years combined. Some guy named Nik Needham has 2 interceptions and 11 pass breakups.
